BODY SENSE is an integral experience of living a life informed by an interdependence of a nest of activities, practices and perspectives. In a world characterized by unconsciousness, speed and stress, technology and violence, my work is to assist individuals to restore physical ease and awareness, mobility and relaxedness. To open to the thoughtfulness and practicality of rediscovering Lightness, Freedom and Balance in body and mind.
Alexander's Way is gentle, subtle. A restoration of the body's natural coordination and way of moving. Profound release of tension and strain. Balance. Alignment. An understanding of our thinking and our natural self-carriage (posture) - Poise and Presence - in all our moving moments.
This is true Poise and Presence, Health and Well-being.

BODY SENSE ~ T'AI CH'I CHU'AN

The ancient exercise-art of T'ai Ch'i is a way of mindbody development proven over thousands of years to maintain health and tranquility.
The sequence of movements is very beautiful, both to do and to watch, and, combined with profound relaxedness and effortlessness, is a powerful tool in maintaining and restoring overall health and longevity, strength, stamina, flexibility and calm.

INTEGRAL BODY SENSE

As practical and profound tools to live constructively within the stresses and strains of our western lifestyle, Integral Body Sense combines Alexander Technique, T'ai Ch'i and Natural, Conscious Walking in an environment enriched with Meditativeness, Spiritsound Music and Mystical Poetry. Together these form a multidimensional base, concerned with development and enrichment of the whole individual - body, mind and spirit - keeping us active, creative, empowered and healthy.
